'No survivors' after Ukraine convoy attack

The Ukrainian authorities say that 15 bodies have so far been recovered from the site of a mortar attack on a convoy of refugees.

Attempts to retrieve more bodies have been stopped by renewed fighting.

There are also reports of a leading Ukrainian commander being wounded during fighting in a town in the Donetsk Region.
