Turkey mine disaster: Clashes in Istanbul and Ankara

Protesters angry at the Soma mine disaster have clashed with police in the Turkish cities of Istanbul and Ankara.

An explosion on Tuesday caused the pit to collapse, killing at least 274, and leaving more than 100 still unaccounted for.

Freelance journalist Dorian Jones said: "Further protests are called for today."
