Live: BBC News coverage of Yulia Tymoshenko address

Live BBC News coverage of developments in Ukraine, following MPs' decision to remove President Yanukovych from power.

In a pre-recorded address on Saturday, Mr Yanukovych refused to stand down, describing the protesters' actions as a "coup".

MPs also voted to release his rival, opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko, from prison.

She was convicted of abuse of power in 2011 over her actions during her tenure as prime minister - an act her supporters claim was Mr Yanukovych's way of taking out his most prominent opponent.
