Loss-making Spanish TV station has plug pulled live on air

Liquidators escorted by police have evicted staff from a public TV station in the Spanish city of Valencia, after an order to shut it down.

They moved in after staff at the loss-making Radio Television Valenciana's Channel 9 TV station defied the closure order by the regional government and continued its output.

The station's final broadcast shows the moment the plug was pulled live on air.

Pablo Esparza reports.
