Latvia ice floes strand more than 200 people

Latvian emergency services have rescued more than 200 people who had become trapped on ice floes driven by the wind into the Bay of Riga.

Latvian journalist Torms Pastors told the BBC anglers often go onto the ice in late spring in what he called an "extreme hobby".
