Norway's self-sufficient community prison

The island of Bastoey is home to a prison population that is allowed to wander woods, fields and beaches unhindered by the unarmed guards.

It has achieved a remarkable re-offending rate of just 16% - the lowest in Europe, quite possibly the lowest in the world.

Paul Henley visited the island.
