The French village that predicts results of presidential elections
Next weekend France will vote in the first round of the keenly anticipated presidential elections.
All eyes will be on the main contenders, Nicolas Sarkozy and his Socialist rival Francois Hollande, and the polls suggest the first round will be tight.
Ahead of the official count, BBC correspondent Christian Fraser travelled to the village of Donzy in Burgundy, which has a remarkable record in predicting the final results.
