Eurozone ministers to meet on Greek rescue plan

Eurozone finance ministers are due to meet to decide whether Greece has done enough to merit a huge bailout loan.

Athens needs the 130bn euros in order to avoid bankruptcy in mid-March.

The French Finance Minister, Francois Baroin, has said that the elements are in place for an agreement.

Mark Lowen reports from Athens.
