Thai flood waters reach Bangkok outskirts

As Thailand deals with the worst flooding it has seen in decades, the authorities are working on preventing the waters reaching the centre of the capital, Bangkok.

Large parts of the country have been under water since July, and almost 300 people have died as a result of the flooding.

Rachel Harvey reports from just north of Bangkok.
