China welding accident 'causes tower fire'

Footage captured on a mobile phone shows a high-rise building on fire in north China.

The 34-floor residential building in the city of Dalian, in Liaoning province, caught fire after a welding accident, according to local media.

One resident was reportedly trapped near the top of the building, but later rescued by firefighters who extinguished the blaze.
