Rebels 'all but taken over' Syrian province Idlib
Reports in Syria say that rebels linked to al-Qaeda are almost completely in control of the last big government-held city in the northern province of Idlib.
They launched the attack on Jisr al-Shughur after seizing the provincial capital in February.
