Taiwan firm blamed for deadly blasts
Taiwanese officials have blamed a petrochemical company for the gas explosions which killed 28 people and injured nearly 300 others.
Kaohsiung city government said the company, LCY, allowed around 10 tonnes of propylene gas to leak from a pipeline before notifying the authorities.
LCY said it will cooperate with the investigation.
