Flight MH370: Search for missing plane moves to new area

The authorities in Australia say the search in the Indian Ocean for the missing Malaysian airliner has moved to a new area.

New data suggests that the plane may have been travelling faster than was previously thought and therefore may have run out of fuel earlier.

John Young from the Australian Maritime Safety Authority explained the reasons for changing the focus of the search.
