Sri Lanka: David Cameron says proper investigations into war needed

David Cameron is resisting calls to boycott a Commonwealth summit in Sri Lanka, because of the country's human rights record.

The prime ministers of India, Canada and Mauritius are staying away but Mr Cameron says he will use the visit to shine a spotlight on the allegations.
