Japan government panel 'suggests Tepco break-up'

The operator of Japan's stricken Fukushima nuclear power plant should be broken up, a committee is set to propose.

The ruling party panel wants part of the Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) in charge of cleaning up the site to be separated.

Rupert Wingfield-Hayes reports from Tokyo.
