Typhoon Wipha kills 13 on Japanese island

A powerful typhoon in Japan has killed at least 13 people and caused serious damage to homes and roads, reports say.

Typhoon Wipha caused landslides and flooding on Izu Oshima island, south of Tokyo.

Footage shows the aftermath of the storm, which brought strong winds and record rainfall.
