Cyclone Phailin: 'There was debris flying all around us'

A powerful cyclone has battered eastern India during the night, ripping up trees and cutting power supplies.

Five deaths have so far been linked to Cyclone Phailin.

The BBC's Sanjoy Majumder said people were now waiting to find out the full extent of the damage along the coastal areas.
