Narendra Modi given key post in Indian opposition

One of India's most controversial politicians, the Hindu nationalist Narendra Modi, has been given a key role in the opposition party BJP.

The move puts him in a strong position to be their candidate for prime minister in the upcoming elections.

The BBC's Sanjoy Majumder reports from Mr Modi's political stronghold of Gujarat.
