Tightrope walkers' stunts mark end of Chinese New Year

Thousands of people have been celebrating the end of Chinese New Year by ushering in its annual lantern festival.

The festivities take place on the 15th day of the first lunar month, with lanterns of all shapes and sizes hung on buildings and streets across the country.

Entertainers, including tightrope walkers, have also been enthralling crowds with death-defying stunts.
