Philippine floods: Nineteen dead as rain continues

At least 19 people have died and more than 80,000 are being looked after in emergency shelters after torrential rain left many parts of the Philippine capital Manila underwater.

Rescuers are using rubber boats to try and reach people who are stranded.

Kate McGeown reports from Manila.
