Pakistanis find fix for energy saving bulbs

Authorities in Pakistan have been trying to encourage people to use energy-saving light bulbs for a number of years to help combat the country's energy crisis.

Many are reluctant to use the devices as they can be expensive and susceptible to power fluctuations.

But some electricians have now found ways to repair the bulbs and give them a new lease of life - making them much more affordable and convenient to use.
