Mali peace talks - in 15 seconds

The Algerian government is hosting talks aimed at ending fighting in northern Mali.

The talks come a day after both sides made a goodwill gesture with a prisoner exchange. Forty-five Malian soldiers were handed over by the rebels in return for 41 rebel prisoners. But expectations for a lasting peace deal are low.
