Egyptian fast food 'marks a culinary Arab Spring'

The Arab Spring may have brought revolution and change to the streets of Cairo - but now some in Egypt are hoping for changes of a culinary kind.

Egyptian food has, arguably, been overlooked around the world - but that could be about to change.

The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
