Libya promises fair trial for Saif Gaddafi

Libya has promised that the son of its former leader will be well treated and given a fair trial.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi is being held in the northern town of Zintan, after being captured in the southern desert trying to cross into Niger.

He is wanted by the International Criminal Court to face charges of crimes against humanity.
