Rwandan elections provoke 'climate of fear'
Rwandans are preparing to vote next week in only the second presidential election since the genocide in the country 16 years ago.
President Kagame and his supporters have been keen to point out the country's improved infrastructure, economy and security.
But human rights groups say opposition politicians have been harassed and prevented from standing against President Kagame in the election.
Andrew Harding reports from Rwanda.
