Hong Kong police arrest pro-democracy protesters

Police used fire extinguishers as they arrested more than 500 pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong.

Footage showed officers leading away some of those staging a sit-in after tens of thousands of people took to the streets demanding full electoral freedom.
