Row over 'unlawful canoeing' heads to court

A long-running dispute about the right to use rivers could be heading for the courts.

Anglers have issued a legal challenge in a bid to curtail what they call "unlawful canoeing" in Wales.

The Angling Trust says it wants the law clarified, and claims canoeists have been misled into thinking they have a public right of navigation when they do not.
