Powys care workers deny contract handover problems
Care workers in Powys have been accused by the county council of jeopardising the wellbeing of clients.
In recent weeks, home care services have been handed over to new companies.
But the outgoing staff have been blamed for removing care plans, changing key codes on homes to block access, and leaving lifting equipment uncharged to disrupt the handover.
The allegations have been vigorously denied.
Matthew Richards reports.
