'A lot of shout about' in Welsh government's annual report
Some areas still need improvement but there is "a lot to shout about" in the Welsh government's annual progress report, First Minister Carwyn Jones has said.
Mr Jones acknowledged that Pisa education rankings need to improve and some NHS waiting lists need to be addressed, but said mechanisms were being put in place to better them.
He said part of the challenge for the Welsh government was trying to "juggle" increased demand with less funding from the UK government.
The report looks at how ministers are performing on 550 commitments and has extra resonance this year because it comes 15 years after the assembly was formed.
Mr Jones spoke to BBC Wales' political editor Nick Servini.
