Plaid in skilled migrants call at European manifesto launch

The European elections take place on 22 May and the parties have begun to set out their stalls to woo the voters.

On Monday it was Plaid Cymru and the Conservatives making their pitch for support.

Plaid is calling for doctors and university lecturers from other EU countries to be encouraged to work in Wales.

But will its message that the country is better off in Europe help the party come polling day?
