Row over future of St Julian's chapel, Tenby

St Julian's chapel in Tenby harbour was built in the 1870s to serve the fishing community but the congregation has dwindled.

The Church in Wales wants to modernise it to attract younger worshippers, but, as Abigail Neal reports, it has caused quite a storm.
