Carmarthenshire council report aims to get more speaking Welsh

A new report for the Carmarthenshire council has made dozens of recommendations to get more people speaking Welsh.

Despite Carmarthenshire being viewed as a heartland for the Welsh language, the last census showed that the number of Welsh speakers in the county has fallen.
