Witnesses describe Mold market car crash drama

Eight people have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into market stalls in a north Wales town.

The incident happened in Mold high street at around 10:53 GMT on Saturday.

It is not clear why the vehicle drove down the street, which is closed to traffic on market days, but witnesses have been asked to come forward.

Emergency services say the two of those hurt have serious but not life-threatening injuries and the scene has now been cleared.

Eye witnesses told BBC Wales reporter Nick Bourne what they saw.
