'Unbearable' loss of Glynis Solmaz as killer jailed
The family of murdered Wrexham woman have spoken about their "unbearable loss" as the killer was jailed for life.
Glynis Solmaz, 65, was choked to death by Alexandros Weatheril at her home at Caia Park.
The 24-year-old was convicted of murder by a jury at Mold Crown Court.
Three other men were also jailed for their parts in the burglary.
Christopher Curran, 34, Ms Solmaz's former son-in-law Christopher Natt, 52, and David Lovell, 29, all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to burgle her home.
Curran received four years, Lovell received 32 months and Natt received three years.
Det Insp Mark Hughes of North Wales Police read out a statement on behalf of Ms Solmaz's family outside the court.
