Health and social care 'too complex' says watchdog
The way health and social care is delivered outside hospital must be radically transformed, a watchdog has said.
Public Services Ombudsman Peter Tyndall, who leaves his post next week, said the system is too complex and wants one body to manage services.
He told Mai Davies on BBC Radio Wales, in his personal view, a smaller number of local authorities would be better placed to deliver the service.
