Joseph Rowntree Foundation: 'More poverty in working households in Wales'

There is a rising number of people in Wales who are in work but living in poverty and they now out number those without a job.

That is the findings of a report by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation which also says Wales has the highest proportion of low income households in Britain.
