Motor neurone man's Pembrokeshire ironman challenge
One sportsman and his friend are pushing the boundaries of endurance - by taking part in a tandem triathlon in Pembrokeshire. The three-day event kicks off in Tenby on Friday night as part of the Long Course Weekend.
Gareth Scotcher was diagnosed with motor neurone disease 10 years ago and is now unable to walk or talk.
But he is determined to make it thought the event with the help of childhood friend, Nicky Rees.
BBC Wales Today's Abigail Neal went to meet them.
