National Museum Wales to cut 23 jobs in restructuring

Major restructuring at the National Museum Wales will see 23 posts go and another 121 jobs changed across its various sites.

The museum said budget cuts meant it has to make £2.5m savings over three years.

The changes from June will not affect day-to-day operations and the museum hopes to avoid compulsory job losses.

Unions said they were worried about the museum's capacity to deliver projects in future.
