Seven councils in Wales charge for blue badge parking

Almost a third of local authorities in Wales expect blue badge holders to pay, according to information released to Plaid Cymru under a freedom of information request.

Disability campaigners claim charging drivers with blue badges to park at council-run car parks is a tax on disabled people.
