Caerphilly council chief executive pay rise 'unlawful'

Caerphilly council acted unlawfully in awarding a pay rise of nearly £30,000 to its chief executive, the Wales Audit Office has ruled.

The council has already backtracked on the pay award to Anthony O'Sullivan.

Anthony Barrett, the assistant auditor general, spoke to Oliver Hides on Good Morning Wales.
