Sport Wales Laura McAllister backs women job quotas
The chair of Sport Wales says the Welsh government is right to keep quotas on the agenda when dealing with the number of women appointed to public posts.
Prof Laura McAllister the appointments process was "loaded towards male characteristics and experiences" in leadership roles.
She said her organisation committed itself to being "something of a guinea pig" when it drew up its own advertisements jobs.
Prof McAllister spoke to Sunday Politics Wales presenter Carl Roberts.
