Dog litter: wardens choosing 'easy targets' in Conwy claim
New dog and litter wardens in Conwy county borough are being criticised for concentrating on easy targets and not tackling the problem in rural areas.
The officers started patrols in December 2012.
They work for a private firm, which keeps some of the money from fines imposed.
However, a senior councillor says they have been ignoring large parts of the county.
Chris Dearden reports.
