Colwyn Bay pedestrianisation 'damaging town'

Are pedestrian-only areas damaging business in Welsh towns?

One greengrocer in Colwyn Bay says they are - he's closing his shop and says a ban on cars and vans is partly to blame.

His concerns are shared by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

It is calling on local councils to look at opening pedestrian zones to traffic again.

Chris Dearden reports.
