Deaf failed by Welsh health boards under Equality Act
For most people booking a doctor's appointment or dealing with a medical emergency means they just pick up the phone and speak to someone on the other end of the line, but what about the deaf?
A BBC Wales investigation has found that all Welsh health boards are failing to comply with the law by not providing accessible services for deaf people.
