Dyfed Powys Police profile: Challenges of a rural force

Wales has four new police commissioners after Friday's vote who will officially begin the job on Thursday.

In the run up this week, Radio Wales reporters will profile each of the forces, starting with Dyfed Powys.

It is a force which covers Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Powys, which adds up to more than half the land mass of Wales.

Although it is the largest police force area in Wales and England, it also has the fewest police officers in Wales, and that number is set to get smaller.

Sarah Moore reports.
