Wales child abuse: Can victims ever have justice?

After a week of allegations, new inquiries are now going on into child abuse at care homes in north Wales in the 1970s and 1980s.

Liberal Democrat AM Aled Roberts was chair of a Wrexham council panel which implemented the recommendations of the Sir Ronald Waterhouse report into the abuse a decade ago.

BBC Radio Wales Sunday Supplement presenter Vaughan Roderick asked Mr Roberts whether the victims of that historic abuse could ever have justice.
