Son's claim over North Sea helicopter crash compensation
Three years after a helicopter crash in the North Sea in which 16 people died, the teenage son of one of the victims is still locked in a court battle over compensation.
Fifteen-year-old Joel Taylor's lawyer says the amount he has been offered is far too low.
He has served a writ at the Court of Session in Edinburgh to try to settle the case. Colin Wight reports.
