Scottish independence: Sir Menzies Campbell answers your questions

Sir Menzies Campbell, Liberal Democrat MP for North East Fife, answered your questions on the Scottish independence referendum.

BBC Scotland's Isabel Fraser asked the former leader of the Liberal Democrats, who also sits on Westminster's foreign affairs, defence and intelligence committees, questions sent by readers about what might happen in the event of a ‘No’ vote.

They also spoke about his commission's plans for further Scotland devolution, whether Scotland was ready for independence, and his vision for federalism within the UK.

Voters in Scotland will go to the polls on 18 September when they will be asked a single Yes/No question: "Should Scotland be an independent country?"
