Scottish independence: Sturgeon sets out 'steps that will follow' a 'Yes' vote
Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has set out the Scottish Government's view of constitutional change needed to establish Scotland as an independent country in the event of a "Yes" vote on 18 September.
The announcement was made at the Edinburgh Centre for Constitutional Law to discuss the constitutional future of an independent Scotland.
