Barnardo's call for 'at risk' kids to go into care earlier
A leading children's charity has called on authorities to take children into care at an earlier stage.
Barnardo's says too many are left for too long with parents who are struggling with problems such as drink or drugs.
The subject is the centre of an inquiry by MSPs on Holyrood's education committee.
